Nancy, a crusading investigative reporter, deliberately gets herself arrested so that she can personally check out rumors that the matrons of the jail are physically abusing the female prisoners. Once the head matron and her assistant get their hands on Nancy and other prisoners known as the brat, it's a long session of tight bondage, fiendish tickling and painful spanking for the unlucky duo and that's just for openers. Eventually, Nancy and the brat manage to over come their tormentors and give them a taste of their own medicine. Nancy gets her story. While the matrons are left fit to be tied.
