What is the difference between Pay-Per-View and Flat Rate streaming?
Pay-Per-View lets you rent individual videos for a set time window — ideal if you only want a specific title. A Flat Rate subscription gives you unlimited streaming access to our entire catalogue for the duration of your membership — better value if you watch regularly.
Can I cancel my Flat Rate subscription at any time?
Yes. You can disable auto-renewal with a single click from your account page. Your full streaming access continues until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again afterwards. There are no cancellation fees.
Is there a 2-day trial available?
Yes — we offer a 2-day trial membership so you can explore our streaming catalogue before committing to a full subscription. The trial gives full access to all streaming content. It automatically converts to a regular membership unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
How do I use Download Credits to download a video?
After purchasing a credit bundle, navigate to any video you want to keep. Click the Download with credit button on the video page. One credit will be deducted automatically, and your MP4 file will begin downloading immediately. You can track your credit balance at any time under My Account.
Do Download Credits expire?
Never. Download Credits remain in your account indefinitely — there is no expiry date and no monthly fee. Buy credits in bulk today and use them weeks, months, or even years from now.
What are Combo Bundles?
Combo Bundles combine a Flat Rate streaming pass with a set of Download Credits at a discounted price. They are a great choice if you want to both stream unlimited content and download your favourite videos to keep.
Do Shop Credits expire?
Never. Shop Credits remain in your account indefinitely — there is no expiry date. Shop Credits work exactly like money on our website. When you make a purchase, your Shop Credits are applied automatically.
How does Pay-Per-View (watch-time) streaming work?
With Pay-Per-View, you purchase blocks of streaming time (e.g. 10 hours, 30 hours). When you start a video, minutes are deducted from your balance based on the video's length. You can pause, rewind, and fast-forward freely without any extra charges. Your watch-time balance never expires and can be topped up at any time.
What video quality is available for streaming and downloads?
All streams are available in SD (480p) or HD/UHD (1080p/3840) — you can set your preference in your account settings.
Can I watch on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account works on any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. No app installation is required. There is no device limit for streaming.

Orders to Austria are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Shipping to other European countries takes approximately 5–10 working days. International orders outside Europe arrive in 7–14 working days. All DVDs are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging to protect your privacy.
Where can I download my purchased videos?
All your purchased video downloads are available on your My Downloads page. You can reach it from My Account → My Downloads. The download link will remain active for 10 days.
I received a confirmation email — where is my download link?
Your order confirmation email contains a direct Download Link. Click it to open your personal download page instantly — no login required. If the link does not work, copy and paste it into your browser. The link is active for 10 days after the order is confirmed.
Where can I watch the VOD videos I have purchased?
All your purchased VOD videos are available under My Account → My VOD. Go to My Account and click the My VOD button to access your personal VOD library and start streaming instantly.
