We guarantee that our products are in working condition and free from defects.
However, if something does go wrong, you can return the item within 30 days and have it
* replaced, if the one you received was damaged,
* exchanged for another title of equal price or
* refunded, in which case the money will be credited to your shop account for future purchases.
Please send us an e-mail and describe your problem to us. We will get back to you by mail with a return code, that needs to be written or put on the outside of the package that you send back. While you pay for the postage to us, we will shoulder the delivery costs of sending you the replaced or exchanged product.
We regret that we cannot pay return shipping or postage. In addition, all International customers agree to be responsible for all fees and duties if the package is returned.
